The most relaxing and healing massage I’ve ever received. I’ve been going to Sheila for massage therapy for 3 years and have always received only the best massage and care. Sheila has opened her own studio which is quiet and relaxing. If you have a specific ailment such as sports injuries, tension, back injuries, etc. Sheila knows how to treat it. Sheila has helped me correct and heal subcutaneous tissue damage and taught me techniques to apply at home to continue the therapy. Sheila is reasonably priced and offers exceptional service. I decided to get a much needed sports massage because I was really tight from training and because I am also physically active for work. This hour and a half was exactly what my muscles needed. I was floating for the rest of the day and my next run a couple of days later was much better. I got the results I wanted and more. Shelia is so welcoming and makes the experience so amazing!

Shiela is the best ever!! I’ve been going to her for my massages for the past 2 or 3 years now, and she never disappoints. I sit hunched over at work all day and my neck/back are constantly sore, and she is able to get my knots out and loosen me up every time. She also uses hot stones, aroma therapy, raking tools to get deeper into the muscles, and advanced techniques at no extra cost! She is a step above any other massage therapist I have been to. Her studio is super cute and comfy too. I would see her once a week if I could!!
